The challenge in the project

ESPRIT DU SEL, a company producing salt on the Atlantic coast, wished to move its processing and packaging site from the island of Ré to La Rochelle. The firm awarded this task, which had to be carried out in a limited time period, to the teams at CECIA.

Our response

CECIA came up with the best project possible to satisfy the budget of their client. Its teams had to work hard to come up with simple, quality solutions, which could resist the salinity associated with the firm’s business. The building built in five months is based around offices, a processing area and a storage area.
