The challenge in the project
LES VERGERS BOIRON, a business specialising in the design and manufacture of frozen stewed fruits and vegetables for chefs, caterers and pastry makers is a reference figure in its market with more than 15,000 tonnes of products sold each year in eighty countries. In order to match its development, the firm once again entrusted CECIA with the construction of an extension to the site built by its teams in 2008.
Fitting in with the master plan for the site drawn up before the factory was built ten years ago, CECIA built this extension dedicated to a new method of packing its finished products. Its teams worked on a site that remained up and running for a year in conjunction with LES VERGERS BOIRON in order to limit production constraints as much as possible.
