

The challenge in the project
PROCARED, a firm working on cutting up meat belonging to the PROVENCIA Group takes care of the supply of meat for all the firm’s outlets under the Carrefour franchise. In order to satisfy the requirements of growth in their business at various sites, the firm entrusted the teams at CECIA with the construction of a new building for cutting and packing finished products.
Our response
CECIA worked with their client 10 years after carrying out a first project. Their teams drew up the master plan for the development of the site and gave a clear vision of how it would change. Carrying out building work while the site was up and running meant dividing it up into three phases. Firstly with the construction of a packing area, secondly with the extension of the packing lines and finally with an area dedicated to making ready meals.
