The challenge in the project
CHARCUTERIE VASSEUR, a family business specialising in the processing and distribution of processed pork and ready meals based on meat, wanted to step up its development with new production units. These facilities replace the firm’s existing site, which was too small to meet the needs of the increased demand.
CECIA began work early on with their client to accompany them as they made various technical choices. The two partners designed a building based around the pork specialist’s industrial strategy. The new building is based around a 3500 m² production area, an area dedicated to the storage of fresh products before they are dispatched to the final clients.
