The challenge in the project
ALF SAHEL, a Moroccan food company specialising in the slaughter and transformation of chicken and turkey, relied on CECIA to build its new facilities. This 47,600 m² operation aims to strengthen the leadership of this family-run business, which also produces feed for all of the poultry sector in Morocco.
The teams at CECIA carried out all the studies for this complex food factory. To do that, the engineering firm relied on its building experts (economists, energy engineers, machinery specialists) to come up with a factory satisfying the requirements in ALF SAHEL’s food processing business. After completing the design of this huge building, CECIA worked alongside its client on monitoring the construction of this food factory. This task involved approving the various plans with local firms in charge of the construction of the building and the technical checks related to the choice of materials and equipment for this factory.
