The challenge in the project
ELIVIA, a subsidiary of the TERRENA group, is seen as a reference figure in the processing and sale of beef, pork, veal and lamb products for supermarkets and hypermarkets and butcher’s. In order to respond to the reorganisation of its business between various factories, the firm relied on CECIA to design and reorganise its facilities in Le Lion-d’Angers.
CECIA worked with their client on the reorganisation of a large part of its production factory. After doing a lot of work on the design, CECIA managed the building work, which took place in several phases in order to satisfy ELIVIA’s production requirements. The work lasted three years without interrupting the production units. The partnership relationship that has been established between CECIA and the client led to this being a successful operation.
