CECIA IS BUILDING AN OFFICE AND SHOP COMPLEX IN NIORT (DEUX-SEVRES) FOR GUESIMMO

CECIA, the subsidiary of the IDEC GROUP that specialises in consultancy work, surveys and the construction of all sorts of buildings, has just won the contract to lay out 2850 m² of offices and shops in a shopping park in Niort.
This project which will be run entirely by CECIA, is part of a bigger project, as two other phases have already been built by CECIA involving the construction of shops, workshops and offices (2300 m²).
Work on this new project will be carried out in two phases with the first part handed over at the end of the first half of 2020 and the second towards the end of the year.
